Fable’s security program
SOC 2
SOC 2 reports address our organizational controls related to security. Fable’s SOC 2 Type II reports are available upon request, and updated annually.
GDPR
Fable makes it easy for customers to adhere to GDPR responsibilities and accepts Right of Access requests from individuals residing in the EU.
ISO 27001
Fable is ISO 27001:2013 certified, a global standard for information security management systems (ISMS). Certificate is available upon request.

Privacy is our priority. We have a comprehensive privacy policy along with our carefully vetted technology partners, including Amazon AWS, MongoDB, and Zoom Video Conferencing.
SAML/SSO
Leveraging Auth0, Fable can implement real-time integration with secure single sign-on (SSO) via SAML 2.0, user provisioning and deprovisioning.
Reliability
Fable provides a 2-business day turnaround on customer requests. To meet that standard, we have developed processes and controls to monitor the performance and uphold 99% uptime.
Fairness
We provide our community of people with disabilities fair and competitive wages for flexible and remote work. We provide an accessible and inclusive platform for both our customers and our community.
