Voice access defined:

Launched as part of Microsoft’s renewed focus on accessibility in Windows 11, voice access allows those unable to use their keyboard and/or mouse to control their PCs only with their voice. it includes features for dictating and editing text, controlling and working on apps and emulating the mouse and keyboard. It is easy to setup and has a guide and detailed command help page to get users started.

Available on all computers supporting Windows 11 22H2, voice access currently includes all English dialects supported by Microsoft. It can be enabled under the settings app, in the speech section of accessibility, or via search. Unlike other built-in accessibility tools, it currently does not have a launch hotkey. However, it can be configured to launch on the login screen, during system setup, or automatically launched after sign-in.
