Projects

Projects keep all of your requests and feedback organized. Use Projects to view the status of your company’s requests and track progress over time.

Organize your feedback and requests in one place, in a way that makes sense for you and your team.

Projects features

Owner vs. member of a project

  • Owners of a project can add members and create requests.
  • Members of public projects can create and view requests.
  • Members of private projects can only access what they’ve been added to.

Public and private projects

There are two types of projects to ensure that people only see what they need to see.

Public projects

  • Promote transparency and teamwork
  • Viewable by all members of the company
  • Non-members can see the project but can’t make changes

Private projects

  • Used to protect confidential or sensitive information
  • Only viewable by members added to the project
  • Non-members cannot see private projects

Using digital properties to organize projects

Organize and filter all your company projects with digital properties. Digital properties are customizable tags that you can apply to your projects. Once applied, you can filter and track data based on these properties.

Learn more about digital properties and how to set them up.

What you’ll find on the project page

  • All requests associated with the project
  • Progress of each request in real time (from draft to complete)
  • The digital property assigned to the project
  • Any recurring requests
  • Project members

Project analytics and clips

Use the tabs on the project page to access:

  • Project analytics (AUS score average, AUS score per assistive technology, Compatibility test competition rates etc.)
  • All video clips collected from requests within the project.

How to organize projects

Digital properties allow you to track the accessibility of different products over time. Consider how you want to report on accessibility progress before organizing your Projects. Each project can only have one digital property.

Here are two examples:
