We have big things in the works for 2024 – new request types, new audiences – but over the next few months our focus will be on improving how our products impact your day to day accessibility work and how you tell the story of your work with Fable.

For Admins

Measuring the effectiveness of your accessibility program

One of the strategic objectives of our Product Team is to allow customers to track and measure accessibility over time. In support of this we have released Project Analytics, metrics such the Accessible Usability Scale (AUS), and easier access to data through exports.

These are important building blocks but they still put the onus on each customer to manipulate data to tell their story of accessibility over time. You can look forward to the following improvements to help measure and communicate the progress of an your accessibility program.

Fable Engage

  • Define a Property (this could be a specific product line, an app, etc.) and connect one or many projects to that Property
  • Set a company-level policy for AUS targets, broken down by assistive tech type
  • Dashboard improvements to help visualize your progress overtime

Fable Upskill

  • Dashboard improvements including more granularity and module-level tracking
  • A new Learner report with the ability to export your data
  • New insights related to how Learners are sharing and engaging with Upskill content

For Users & Learners

Improving the core product experience

Through both the feedback we’ve received from customers, and the challenges we face as users of our own product, there are many areas of the Fable products that the team is excited to revisit.

Fable Engage

  • An improved scheduling experience for moderated request types including integrations to your work calendars and more effective ways to add coworkers to your sessions
  • Simplifying our flow for creating requests and making it easier to create multiple requests at once
  • Integrations with project management tools such as Jira

Fable Upskill

  • Quickly reference your content with search
  • Share key moments & content with others in your organization
